Click Order Status in the eFetcher menu.  Login using your account username and password.  Your orders are listed down with the corresponding status.  If the status is not “Shipped” then call our Customer Service at 1-800-9589088 immediately to cancel your order.  You must do this as soon as you can because orders are processed as soon as they are received.
